This Privacy Policy outlines how the Advanced AI Agent ("the App"), developed by Shreyas, processes and protects your information. The Developer does not collect, store, or have access to any of your data.
1. Local Data Processing (No Data Collection)
The App operates entirely locally on your device. While the App requests permission to access specific Google Workspace data (such as Google Sheets) via standard OAuth 2.0 protocols, this data is transmitted directly between your local computer and Google's servers. The Developer does not collect, intercept, or store any of your personal information, API keys, or Google data on external servers.
2. How the App Uses Your Information
The data accessed locally by the App is used strictly on your device to provide the intended functionality (e.g., generating AI responses or analyzing your documents). The App connects to Google Generative AI APIs to process these queries. Your data is never used to train public AI models.
3. Data Sharing and Protection
Because the Developer collects no data, we do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties. All API communication occurs over secure, encrypted channels directly from your machine. The App's use of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The developer is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or financial damages resulting from the use of this software.
